Richard L. Dorgatti, MAcc, CVA, CPA has a passion for technical tax research. He has over 18 years of tax research experience for certified public accounting firms, tax firms, and legal firms. He has extensive knowledge in the most authoritative and recognized services. Some of these include the Bureau of National Affairs (BNA) tax management portfolios, Commerce Clearing House (CCH), Research Institute of America (RIA), Kleinrock’ Federal TaxExpert, and the Center for Economic and Industry Research (C.E.I.R.). Mr. Dorigatti has also taught and trained accountants in tax research at the University level and in certified public accounting firms.
